Nursery-kindergarten No.226 is commissioned in Pirshaghy settlement

First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva attended the inauguration of Nursery-kindergarten №226 in Pirshaghy settlement of Sabunchu district, March 1.

Newly constructed, Nursery-kindergarten №226 is ready to admit its small inhabitants.

The nursery-kindergarten started to operate in the building of Secondary school №112, Pirshaghy settlement, in 2 groups. Because the building of this school was in an emergency state, after its demolition in April 2011, the kindergarten’s operation was arranged in 2 rooms of the one-storied building of the Pirshaghy settlement’s representative authority. The kindergarten used to be operated in 2 groups, comprised of 35 children. After another place was allocated for Pirshaghy settlement’s representative authority in connection with the implementation of the Actions Plan of “The State Programme on social and economic development of Baku city and surrounding settlements in 2011-2013”, approved by Order of President Ilham Aliyev, dated May 4, 2011, in June 2013, construction of a new building started in the place of the old one at the abovementioned address, having demolished the old building.

Now, children aged 2 to 6 are educated in this establishment, designed for 110 children. All conditions have been created in the three-storied nursery-kindergarten to ensure children’s comfort, rest and their mastering primary knowledge, as well as revealing their skills and talents. Here are also study and sleeping rooms for different age groups, and music halls and a canteen.

Making herself familiarized with the nursery-kindergarten, Mehriban Aliyeva wished success in the establishment’s operation.
