Construction of a new kindergarten starts in Astrakhan with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Construction of a new kindergarten started in Astrakhan with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

In accordance with the project, first part of the kindergarten intended for 120 children will be ready until September 2014. The kindergarten is designed to accommodate 240 children.

At a meeting held at the Astrakhan Mayor’s Office and devoted to the construction of the kindergarten, holding of festivities on the occasion of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s 10-year jubilee was discussed.

Acting mayor of Astrakhan Irina Yegorova, deputy mayor Rasul Sultanov, deputy head of Baku’s Narimanov district Executive Authority Rashid Aghayev, chairperson of the regional division of the All-Russian Azerbaijanis Congress Adalat Huseynov, and heads of Astrakhan Administration structures attended the meeting.
