Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva is presented a diploma of professor emeritus of the Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics

On May 19, Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, head of the Foundation’s Russian Representative Office Leyla Aliyeva was presented a diploma of professor emeritus of the Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics.

Having arrived at the Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics, Leyla Aliyeva first met with students. Then a video footage showing the university’s activities was demonstrated to the guests.

Rector of the Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics Vagif Bayramov presented a diploma of the university’s professor emeritus and a gown to Leyla Aliyeva.

Leyla Aliyeva has been conferred on the title and diploma of professor emeritus of the Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics for the essential contribution to the development of cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation in the field of education and socialization of persons with limited opportunities of health.

Leyla Aliyeva thanked for this high confidence:

- Since the very moment of my arrival here, I have found myself in a sincere, kind condition, full of love for life. Last time I was here 9 years ago. Thank you for the footage you have prepared. It is a very touching and valuable work. I believe nothing happens accidentally in life. We all are protected by Great God, miracles occur thanks to him. What is most important is to believe in Him, open your heart and be afraid of nothing.

I would like to thank every teacher of this university individually, as all of you have been working hard and, as compared to ordinary people, your contribution to life is much greater. Thank you for seeing beauty in everything. Today, we saw your achievements in this footage. They are worth the feeling of great pride and fascination.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has been continuing its active work, which relates also to art, charity, and environment. At the moment, we are spending a great deal of time to the environment, as nothing is more valuable than life - even that of a single leaf, or a beetle. We have taken on big projects on protection of endangered animal species. I know a lot is being done in this sphere in Russia too. I wish you to spend more time in the environment, value your life, believe in miracles, and would like to conclude my speech by saying that we would very much want to open such a branch in Baku.

Leyla Aliyeva was presented souvenirs on behalf of the university, and answered questions of students.

At the end of the ceremony, Leyla Aliyeva wrote her heartfelt words in the Guests Book.
