According to Program `New school to renewing Azerbaijan`, implemented by Heydar Aliyev Foundation, till the new school year new secondary school buildings are built in Ashagi Avshar, Shenlik, Minakhorlu and Hajilar villages, as well in place of the city school 3 of Agjabedi district.
