International conference `Medicine and pharmaceutics in middle ages manuscripts` to be held

The 3-day international conference `Medicine and pharmaceutics in middle ages manuscripts` will be held at Heydar Aliyev Foundation on June 12.

Unique medical manuscripts of Azerbaijan are in UNESCO World Memory Program International List. Scholars from several countries will make report at the conference to be led by Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP.

Lectures will be delivered in the conference on topics `Medicine in primitive communal and ancient times`, `Mutual relationship of Eastern and Greco medicines in the Hellenic period`, `Pharmaceutics in ancient and middle ages`, `Medicine in folklore and classic literature`, `Medical topics in fine art samples`, `Medicine and religion.
