Goranboy city secondary school No.3

A new school was constructed, on the initiative from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, for Goranboy city secondary school No.3, which was built in 1935 and became unfit after long years of use.

Construction of the school commenced in the beginning of 2011. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev inaugurated  the new building of Goranboy city secondary school No.3 on January 21, 2012.

With 0.5 ha of area, the school has two floors. All conditions have been created at the school to receive high quality education. More than 5 thousand books have been collected in the school’s library. The assembly hall of the school has necessary conditions to hold various events. State of art equipment has been installed in the sports hall.

The school has been designed for 420 schoolchildren’s education.
