Late President Heydar Aliyev belonged to a unique group of leaders who came to the fore
at a decisive moment in the history of their country and led their nations to the path of
progress and prosperity.
I personally remember President Heydar Aliyev as a wise and visionary statesman. I am
sure the standards he has set will be carried forward by the future generations of
Azerbaijanis.
