I express my deep respect and frank amazement to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s
comprehensive and unique role played in the socio-political life of Azerbaijan, extending and
developing humanitarian relations and increasing people’s social living conditions.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation is the most beautiful memory about this great person, a
