I toured the exposition dedicated to the outstanding personality - Heydar Aliyev with
great interest and admiration. Respect to the personality of Heydar Aliyev is very high in
Russia and in many other countries of the world. Many of us recall vividly his activities in the
capacity of one of the leaders of USSR. Care to the needs of people, their health and
education was always in the center of his attention. We, as MSIIR, are proud that Heydar
Aliyev is the Honorary Doctor of MSIIR and visited our University and gave us the joy to
communicate with him.
