Participants of the 35th Annual Meeting of IDB Board of Executive Directors visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Participants of the 35th Annual Meeting of IDB Board of Executive Directors underway in Baku visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, June 23.

They were informed of the objectives of the Foundation, established in the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, who dedicated his life to Azerbaijan and his people, viewed exhibits taken from the personal archive of the great leader and covering his actions.

The visitors were acquainted with documents reflecting the very different moments of phenomenon Heydar Aliyev’s life and giving a comprehensive idea of the whole history of Azerbaijan, gifts by eminent politicians of the world, books dedicated to the national leader, views said by world-known figures of science, culture and art on the founder of the modern state of Azerbaijan, saw his photos taken in meetings with leaders of various countries.

They were informed of life and actions of the genius leader in Baku, Nakhchyvan, Moscow, achievements gained and projects accomplished in the country during his leadership.

Then, the visitors were photographed.

They left the Foundation under rich impressions.
