Employees of “Gadin Dunyasi” magazine visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Employees of “Gadin Dunyasi” magazine visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, July 13.

They were briefed on the goals and activities of the Foundation established in the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The visitors were told the Foundation carries out large-scale projects in all spheres, in particular reconstruction of children homes and boarding schools and improving their logistics, care to the people suffering from diabetes and thalassemia, construction of modern schools, study and propaganda of the national culture.

They saw pictures reflecting the great leader’s childhood and youth, diplomas and honor documents he received at secondary and higher schools, interior of his office, honor certificates and documents awarded to him, speeches he made at international organizations on Azerbaijan realities. The guests were informed of the huge role the national leader played towards formation of free press in the country, also of several historical orders the prominent statesman signed in field of mass media.

The visitors were informed of the genius leader’s oil strategy, viewed his pictures taken with world-famous figures of politics, science and culture.

They expressed rich impression of familiarization with the Foundation.

It was mentioned according to the survey held by the magazine, Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, has been named the Most Merciful and Active Parliamentarian of the Year. On this occasion, the workers of the magazine presented a keepsake to the Foundation.
