President of the Russian Federation’s Republic of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

May 24, President of the Russian Federation`s Republic of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

He was briefed about the aims and activity of the Foundation established in the memory of the national leader of Azerbaijani people.

Magomedov viewed the items taken from the national leader`s personal archive and also photographs featuring his activities.

He was told strong and rich Azerbaijan successfully prospers in the path identified by national leader Heydar Aliyev. Architect and constructor of modern independent Azerbaijan has become the source of national pride to Azerbaijanis as the national leader. The era of the national leader’s leadership is one of the most honorable pages in the history of Azerbaijan. Socioeconomic development recognized by the international community as unparalleled successes of the country is the fruit of the great leader’s action.

The President of Dagestan was acquainted with documents reflecting the very different moments of phenomenon Heydar Aliyev’s life and creating a comprehensive idea of the whole history of Azerbaijan, gifts presented by prominent politicians of the world, books on the national leader, views said by world-known figures of science, culture and art on the founder of the modern state of Azerbaijan, saw his photos taken in meetings with leaders of various countries.

The Dagestani leader signed the Foundation`s guest book. He was presented “World of Mugham” CD released by the Foundation and presented the Foundation a keepsake too.

The distinguished guest was much impressed by familiarization with the Foundation.
