Staff of Icherisheher State History and Architecture Reserve Department under the Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Staff of Icherisheher State History and Architecture Reserve Department under the Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, December 10.

The visitors were informed about actions of the Foundation, major goal of which is to study great leader Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, support realization of projects for Azerbaijan`s progress, help promote the country`s history and culture.

They familiarized themselves with photos and exhibits reflecting life and activity of the great leader, who identified the path of salvation of Azerbaijan, started a serious turn in the country’s public-political, socioeconomic, scientific-cultural life. Paying huge importance to the study and safeguarding of historical values of our nation, Heydar Aliyev always protected our language, traditions and historical riches left to us by our ancestors.

Employees of the Department viewed exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader and reflecting his childhood, youth, university years and career, pictures covering the very various moments of his life and giving a comprehensive idea of the whole history of Azerbaijan, books written on the national leader, gifts presented to him by world-famous political figures, photos taken with figures of science, culture and art, leaders of different countries.

They saw certificate and diploma of secondary and higher schools the national leader graduated from with excellent marks only, honor certificate for excellent education and exemplary moral, references characterized with only positive qualities in collectives he worked, as well photographs taken in different points of former USSR, cities and districts of Azerbaijan, objects in his office.

The visitors viewed books, CDs, albums Heydar Aliyev Foundation released for the promotion of science, education, culture, mugham, the masterpiece of the national music, truth about Azerbaijan, and school supplies for children, watched film ‘Moments of Great Life’ on life and activities of the national leader.

The guests expressed delight of familiarization with the Foundation.
