Ex-president of Slovakia Rudolf Schuster visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Ex-president of Slovakia Rudolf Schuster visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, 13 October. 

Informed of the objectives and actions of the Foundation established in the memory of the Azerbaijani people’s national leader Heydar Aliyev, the guest was told the main goal of the Foundation is to study and propagandize Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, give an idea to the future generations and foreign visitors about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan`s socioeconomic and cultural progress, and support the projects promoting the country`s history and culture.

Mr Schuster saw the exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader and reflecting separate eras of his activities, covering the very different moments of the genius person’s life and providing a comprehensive idea of the whole history of Azerbaijan, materials on childhood and youth of Heydar Aliyev, his large-scale actions in Moscow as one of leaders of USSR, books written on the eminent statesman, pictures taken in meetings with leaders of foreign countries, also a model of BTC oil pipeline route.

The guest signed the guest book.

He was presented with book ‘Azerbaijan’ published by the Foundation.
