President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

President of the Republic of Tatarstan of Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, 2 March.

Informed of the Foundation established in the memory of national leader of Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, the guest was told the major goal of the Foundation is to study and promote the national leader`s rich heritage, perform socioeconomic and cultural projects to contribute to Azerbaijan`s development and propaganda of its history and culture.

He was familiarized with the exhibits taken from the archive of Heydar Aliyev and reflecting separate eras of his activity, documents covering the very different moments of the genius person’s life and providing a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, materials on large scale actions of Heydar Aliyev in Moscow as one of leaders of USSR, his childhood and youth, a model of BTC oil pipeline route.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the guest book.

He was presented a souvenir.

Rustam Minnikhanov presented a keepsake to the Foundation.

The visitor left the Foundation under rich impressions.
