Employees of State Committee for Refugees and IDPs visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Employees of State Committee for Refugees and IDPs visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, May 4.

Informed of the history and objectives of the Foundation established in the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev, they were told the major goal of the Foundation is to study and promote eminent political figure Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, give an idea to the future generations and foreign visitors about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan`s socioeconomic and cultural progress, help promote the country`s history and culture, perform projects to contribute to the realization of the great leader’s dreams.

The guests viewed the exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader and reflecting separate eras of his activity, documents covering the very different moments of the genius person’s life and giving a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, materials on large scale actions of Heydar Aliyev in Moscow as one of leaders of USSR, his childhood and youth, a model of BTC oil pipeline route.

They were told the resolution of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Daghlig Garabagh conflict, returning Azerbaijanis displaced from home as result of the Armenian aggression to native lands was a priority to great leader Heydar Aliyev as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The visitors expressed rich impressions of familiarization with the Foundation.
