Mehriban Aliyeva met with Polish ambassador to Azerbaijan Krzysztof Krajewski

July 12, Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, met with Polish ambassador to Azerbaijan Krzysztof Krajewski.

Mehriban Aliyeva congratulated the Ambassador for receiving the Dostlug (Friendship) Order on the decree of President Ilham Aliyev for his contribution to the strengthening of mutual relations between Poland and Azerbaijan, to bring closer the two nations.

Mehriban Aliyeva expressed hope Krzysztof Krajewski will further remain the friend of Azerbaijan after he ends his diplomatic mission in the country.

The Polish Ambassador thanked Mehriban Aliyeva for warm words, noting he had many friends in Azerbaijan.

Noting he had a fruitful action in Azerbaijan the Ambassador said he always made efforts to boost bilateral relations between the two countries. According to him, the Embassy is holding the Chopin Year in Azerbaijan in association with the Foundation, within the bilateral cooperation a school was built in Sarygamysh village, Samukh.
