Mehriban Aliyeva met with delegation led by Director of the US Congress Library James Billington

Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, received delegation led by Director of the US Congress Library James Billington, September 7.

Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Library agreed in the meeting to sign a memorandum of cooperation.

The memorandum envisages the creation of an electronic version of Azerbaijani manuscripts, which will be placed on the website of the World Public Library Association.
