Mehriban Aliyeva met with Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bilkent University Ali Dogramaci

Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, met with Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bilkent University Ali Dogramaci, March 1.
