A nursery-kindergarten constructed in Sheki following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative is commissioned into operation

On November 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the inauguration of a nursery-kindergarten - designed for 160 children – constructed in Sheki city, following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative.

It was informed that construction of the nursery-kindergarten started in December last year, and construction works were completed on a high level. With total area of 3490 square metres, the building is three-storied. 8 groups will be functioning here. 8 sleeping rooms, a physician’s room, a canteen, a games and music hall, a methodics room and other rooms with different purposes were created for children in the kindergarten. Employment of a staff with 35 people is expected at the nursery-kindergarten. A playground has been created in the building’s backyard for children’s entertainment, and amusement facilities were installed.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed his satisfaction with the conditions created in the nursery-kindergarten, and set tasks and gave recommendations.
