Delegates of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Delegates of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation on May 3. 

 

Guests were informed of 5-year action of the Foundation.

 

They were familiarized with gifts presented to the genius son of our nation by world-famous figures of politics, books on the national leader, his pictures taken while working at the state security agencies, in the high state office in Moscow, family album, views said by world-famous figures of science, culture and art on the founder of the state of Azerbaijan, as well portrait of the great leader painted by People’s Artist of Azerbaijan Tahir Salahov in 1983.

 

Visitors were told the national leader always paid huge attention to figures of art and culture.

 

On the 5th anniversary the Foundation was presented on behalf of the Ministry with an album including new photographs of the national leader and congratulations by figures of culture. Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev said photos were taken from the State Film Fund archive. Congratulating Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, on behalf of culture employees on the jubilee the Minister stressed importance of huge projects implemented by the Foundation in field of culture, expressed gratitude for concern.
