President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva continues to receive congratulations on her appointment as First Vice-president of Azerbaijan

Congratulations are going on to come from state officials of a number of countries, public and political figures, heads of international organizations, state-run, scientific and education institutions, ambassadors of foreign countries to Azerbaijan, representatives of diplomatic corps on the appointment of Mehriban Aliyeva to the office of First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and chairperson of the Russian Federation’s Federal Assembly’s Federation Council Valentina Matvienko congratulated Mehriban Aliyeva on her appointment to the office of First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 

Among the state officials are governor of the Russian Federation’s Astrakhan region Zhilkin Alexander, mayor of Bulgaria’s Veliko Tyrnovo Daniel Panov, and spouse of Hungary’s prime minister Aniko Levai.

A number of Russian public and political figures have congratulated Mehriban Aliyeva on the appointment of First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
