Italian media writes about the fashion show by renowned Italian designer Renato Balestra in Baku
Italian news website Corriere has placed an article about the fashion show by renowned Italian designer Renato Balestra at the Heydar Aliyev Center.
It is stated in the article that a new collection made by renowned Italian fashion designer Renato Balestra on the basis of Azerbaijan’s national ornaments has been demonstrated within the project “From Tradition to Future Azerbaijan Glamour” by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
“Over 40 dresses have been displayed at the fashion show held with participation of Renato Balestra. One of the most interesting moments of the fashion show was Irina Sheikh’s appear on the scene.”, - is stated in the article: “Having being inspired by garments richly presented in the collections of our national museums, as well as items of adornment and carpet products, Renato Balestra, a famous Italian designer, created a collection of Azerbaijani women clothes distinguished by refinement of patterns and originality of decoration elements evolving from old traditional garments to sophisticated designs of this day.”
