150-house settlement for lonely, poor and disabled families built in Saylan district at the initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation

150 poor families in Saylan will enter 2011 in new flats. 150-house settlement for lonely, poor and disabled families is under construction in this district in frame of the project of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Nearly 70-80% of works has been completed in the settlement, construction of which started 4 months ago. The settlement will include 30 3-room and 120 2-room houses, each with 0,3 and 0,6 hectare yard. Houses have already been distributed among families. Owners express gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP.

The settlement will cover kindergarten, medical point, trade center and other social objects, construction of gas, water, electricity and other communication lines is underway. Construction of the settlement will end late this year.
