Event on World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and New Year held in Tbilisi with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Event on World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and New Year was held in Tbilisi by the Azerbaijan Embassy in Georgia and the Azerbaijani Businessmen Association with the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Employee of the Embassy Shovgi Mehdizade said analogical events, which are organized under initiative and support of President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, will also be held in other regions where Azerbaijanis live. He mentioned founded by national leader Heydar Aliyev, the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day has played a significant role in strengthening of unity of Azerbaijanis. In his address to Azerbaijanis worldwide, President Ilham Aliyev, the worthy successor of the national leader’s political line, has invited all us to the unity and solidarity. Azerbaijanis living in Georgia are sure our strong unity will make Azerbaijan stronger.

Director of the Azerbaijani Businessmen Association Garatel Allahverdiyeva expressed thanks to President Ilham Aliyev and President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva.

The event ended by a concert, featuring ‘New Year Tale’ play by the Tbilisi State Azerbaijan Drama Theater named after Heydar Aliyev.
