Along with the projects implemented, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, Vice-president of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva have been constantly visiting infants and children’s homes, boarding schools, inquiring about their daily problems. Lavished upon by care of a family, these children and juveniles spend both holidays and leisure together with representatives of the Foundation.

Participation of pupils distinguished in education in the holiday programme arranged in Gabala was a continuation of events in this sphere.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has also implemented programmes aiming to integrate persons in need of special care into the society as citizens enjoying full rights. From this point of view, socially-oriented events arranged at the Rehabilitation Centre for People with Down Syndrome, constructed with the Foundation’s support, may be cited.

The holiday programme arranged in Gabala will remain in children’s memory as another happy day.
