Buzovna beach territory was cleaned off domestic waste

A cleaning action was held by “Clean City” JSC at Buzovna beach, following the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

According to “Clean City” JSC, it has become a tradition to clean the beach before and after the beach season. Objective of this action was to create clean and nice conditions for our guests’ rest, and make residents of the capital refrain from littering the environment.

Held under the slogan of  “For the sake of cleanness”, the action once more delivered a message to the public: “Environmental health of the Caspian shores depends on us”.

Residents of the settlement, in particular the youth, joined the action. Provided with transport means, T-shirts, caps and gloves, participants of the action cleaned the beach off different types of domestic litter.

All the waste gathered in the action was taken to the Waste Sorting Plant, currently operating in a trial regime.
