Works on protection of Eldar pines in the capital on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation continues

Currently, with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, specialists from the USA are carrying out examination of Eldar pines in the capital.  

Earlier, specialists from Russia started examination works and laboratory analyses in order to protect Eldar pines from withering.

At the moment, specialists from America are looking into reasons of Eldar pines’ withering in recent times, carrying out examination of these trees in different places of Baku. Some 300 trees were examined as of February 22. A pilot project will be launched to remove the causes of withering, and medications will be administered to some trees through special capsules.
