Delegation led by Lithuania’s Education and Science Minister Gintaras Steponavicius visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Delegation led by Lithuania`s Education and Science Minister Gintaras Steponavicius visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, 16 January.

Guests were informed of objectives and actions of the Foundation established in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

They were told the Foundation studies and propagates the rich heritage of great leader Heydar Aliyev, supports promotion of Azeri culture and history performing projects in field of culture.

Guests viewed the personal exhibits of the great leader taken from his archive, his honor diplomas of educational centers, orders and medals awarded to him, his pictures reflecting his activities at state security bodies.

The delegation was familiarized with exhibits on the national leader’s oil strategy, photographs taken in meetings of the great Azerbaijani with heads of great states, figures of culture and art.

Steponavicius signed the Foundation`s guest book.

Visitors were acquainted with the Foundation’s publications. They were presented with an album the Foundation published on the international mugham festival held in Azerbaijan, booklets on activities of the Foundation.

Lithuanian guests watched a film on activities of the Foundation.
