Delegations attending the 90th anniversary celebration of AzerTAg (Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency) and the 11th Meeting of Council of Heads of CIS National News Agencies visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, March 2.

Informed of establishment and multilateral actions of the Foundation established in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev, delegates saw the national leader’s diplomas of educational centers, employment certificates of national security bodies, pictures talking of construction works he carried out during his leadership in Azerbaijan in soviet and independence years, his diplomas and documents, exhibits showing the genius person’s life and activities in Baku, Nakhchyvan, Moscow, successes achieved and projects performed in the country during his ruling. 

They were talked about projects implemented under leadership and initiative of Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP.

Visitors viewed photographs reflecting large activities of prominent political figure Heydar Aliyev who attached huge significance to development of the press in all periods of his leadership in Azerbaijan.

They were also familiarized with corners dedicated to Heydar Aliyev’s care to culture and science and people working in these spheres, to a tribute paid to the memory of the great leader worldwide.

Expressing rich impression of familiarization with the Foundation the visitors signed the guest book.
