Woman members of National Assembly of the State of Kuwait and members of Kuwait-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Woman members of National Assembly of the State of Kuwait and members of Kuwait-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, April 20.

Guests were informed of formation and multilateral activities of the Foundation named after the national leader of our people.

They were told the national leader attached special importance to development of relations with Muslim countries.

Visitors were familiarized with exhibits taken from the archive of the prominent statesman and politician and reflecting different eras of his activity.

It was noted the main goal of the Foundation is to study and propagate the rich legacy of outstanding political figure Heydar Aliyev, give a comprehensive idea to foreign visitors and future generations on his largescale activity towards socioeconomic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history. President of the Foundation Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva is Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO.

Head of the Kuwaiti delegation Ms Masuma Saleh al-Mubarak signed the guest book and presented a keepsake to the Foundation.
