Officials of the secretariat and the 9th Department of USSR Soviet of Ministers in 1982-1987 visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

On the eve of the birthday of national leader Heydar Aliyev, officials of the Secretariat and the 9th Department of USSR Soviet of Ministers in 1982-1987, who are paying a visit to the country upon invitation of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, visited the Foundation on April 22.

They were familiarized with exposition of the Foundation, the major goal of which is to study the rich heritage of Heydar Aliyev, suggest his national statehood ideas to future generations. Photographs and exhibits in the exposition cover life and activities of the prominent statesman. Guests were informed of life and actions of the great leader in Baku, Nakhchyvan, Moscow, successes achieved and projects performed in the country under his leadership, saw his pictures taken at the State Security Committee, his military uniforms.

Informed of projects realized at the initiative and under leadership of Mehriban Aliyeva, Azerbaijan`s First Lady, President of the Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, the visitors saw stands dedicated to Heydar Aliyev’s care to culture and science, a corner reflecting the tribute paid to the memory of the great leader worldwide.

Expressing pleasure of familiarization with the Foundation, the visitors signed the guest book and watched a film on large-scale actions of the Foundation.
