Participants of I International Scientific Conference ‘Relevant Problems in Study of Azerbaijan’ dedicated to the 87th birthday of national leader Heydar Aliyev visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, May 7
They were informed of goals and activities of the Foundation, which was created in the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev and aims to study and propagate the rich heritage of the prominent political figure, support promotion of Azeri culture and history performing socioeconomic and cultural projects.
The guests viewed exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader including his diplomas of educational centers, orders and medals awarded to him, pictures talking of his activity at state security bodies.
Informed in detail of the great leader’s oil strategy, the visitors saw his photographs taken with heads of states, figures of culture and art.
Questions of participants of the Conference on fight of Azeri people for the national liberty and the works national leader Heydar Aliyev did to gain and strengthen the state independence were replied.
