Participants of the 6th Conference of Culture Ministers of Member States of the Organization of the Islamic Conference visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation
October 15, participants of the 6th Conference of Culture Ministers of Member States of the Organization of the Islamic Conference held in Baku visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
They were informed of history and objectives of the Foundation established in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
Guests viewed the exhibits reflecting different moments of the genius person’s life, photographs covering his meetings with world-famous politicians and statesmen, notorious figures of science, culture and art, the great leader’s childhood, documents characterizing his exemplary conduct at secondary and higher schools, books dedicated to him, Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s web-site, international relations, projects.
It was noted the main goal of the Foundation is to study and propagate the rich legacy of prominent political figure Heydar Aliyev, give a comprehensive idea to foreign visitors and future generations on his large-scale activity towards socioeconomic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history. The Foundation also performs large-scale projects, makes contribution to realization of the outstanding politician’s testaments.
They were informed of years the national leader spent in Baku, Nakhchyvan, Moscow, successes achieved, projects performed in different spheres in the country under his ruling.
Visitors signed the guest book of the Foundation.
