Members of Uzbekistan`s Kamolot Public Youth Movement visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

July 2, members of Uzbekistan`s Kamolot Public Youth Movement visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

 

They were informed of objectives, multilateral activities of the Foundation named after national leader Heydar Aliyev, exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader.

 

Visitors were familiarized with numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of the genius person’s life and creating a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, gifts presented by world-famous figures of politics, books on the national leader, views said by world-famous figures of science, culture and art on the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, saw photos taken in meetings with leaders of various countries.

 

They viewed certificate and diploma of secondary and higher schools from which the national leader graduated with excellent marks, honor certificate for excellent education and exemplary moral, references characterized with only positive qualities in collectives he worked, as well photographs taken in different points of former USSR, cities and districts of our republic, objects in his office, were informed of measures the national leader took to build a legal, democratic state and army in Azerbaijan.

 

They also signed the Foundation`s Guest Book.

 

Executive Director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Anar Alakbarov briefed the guests on the projects carried out under the initiative and leadership of Azerbaijan`s First Lady, President of the Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva.

 

Just on her initiative the Foundation rendered financial support to the repair of Strasbourg Notre Dame Church.

 

A.Alakbarov handed over to the guests booklets featuring the Foundation`s five-year activity.

 

Members of the Kamolot Movement, for their part, presented keepsakes to the Foundation.

 

Touched by interior of the Foundation visitors were photographed and left the Foundation under rich impressions.
