Youth from Romania visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

November 3, a group of youth from Bucharest invited to Azerbaijan by Heydar Aliyev Foundation visited the Foundation.

Guests were informed of duties and activities of the Foundation. They were told the Foundation, the main goal of which is to study and propagate the rich legacy of the great leader, aims at growth of children and youth as healthy citizens devoted to national moral values and possessing comprehensive knowledge.   

Youth from Bucharest viewed exhibits taken from the archive of the national leader, his honor diplomas of educational centers, orders and medals awarded to him.

Significant achievements were obtained in all spheres of the country during leadership of the architect and constructor of modern independent Azerbaijan. Visitors were told the era of the national leader’s ruling in the country has gone down in our history as the phase of stability and development.

The group watched a film on the Foundation`s multilateral activities.

Youth from Bucharest met with Heydar Aliyev Foundation`s Executive Director Anar Alakbarov. They thanked President of the Foundation Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva for organization of the visit and the opportunity to learn more about Azerbaijan.

By 9 November, 15 Romanian youth will visit regions of Azerbaijan to get familiar with Azerbaijani culture.

The visit took place according to the agreement with the Bucharest Mayor`s Office on cooperation in field of youth. Under the agreement, a group of Azerbaijani youth will also pay visit to Romania on November 9.
