Participants of International Conference “Interreligious Dialogue: From Mutual Understanding towards Joint Cooperation” held in Baku on the 60th birthday of Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade and 30th anniversary of his action as sheikhulislam visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, November 7.

Visitors were familiarized with Heydar Aliyev Foundation that aims studying the rich heritage of the national leader, suggesting his national statehood ideas to new generations.

Photographs and exhibits in the Foundation’s rich exposition reflect life and action of outstanding statesman Heydar Aliyev. Thanks to efforts of this genius person, who identified the path of salvation for Azerbaijan, the serious phase of change started in public-political, socioeconomic, scientific-cultural life of the country.

Guests were informed during his ruling the great leader took significant measures to assure economic prosperity, sociocultural progress, successfully develop the formation of modern society on all levels. The national leader realized the opportunity of a great nation to live in a sovereign place. 

Participants of the Conference highly valued huge activities of Heydar Aliyev Foundation towards the study and propagation of the rich legacy of the prominent political figure and the socioeconomic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan.
