A group of participants of the 33rd Session of OIC Member Countries Foreign Ministers Board visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

A group of participants of 33rd Session of OIC Member Countries Foreign Ministers Board visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, June 21.

Executive director of the Foundation Anar Elekberov informed the visitors the Foundation was established to study, propagate rich scientific-theoretical, political legacy of constructor of independent state of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, support realization of ideas of the outstanding statesman. The session participants were widely informed of photos taken from archive of the national leader and covering a number of eras of his activity.

Then, visitors were acquainted with the rich exhibition of the Foundation, unique documents taken from the archive of the great leader on his childhood, youth, higher school years, separate periods of his activity, numerous pictures reflecting the very various moments of his life and creating a wide idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, gifts presented to him by the popular political figures all over the world, photos taken with leaders of different countries, figures of science, culture and art. A number of them shared their impressions on meetings held in the 70-80s of last century in Baku and Moscow, in international events with Heydar Aliyev, who was one of leaders of Soviet Union.
