Participants of the 7th International Project Olympiad “Protection of the Environment” visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Participants of the 7^th International Project Olympiad “Protection of the Environment”(“Inepo-Eurasia”) devoted to the 90th jubilee of national leader Heydar Aliyev visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, April 3.

Guests were informed of the objectives and activity of the Foundation established in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

It was informed that the Foundation has been studying and promoting the heritage of the national leader and, by carrying out various humanitarian projects,   providing support to Azerbaijan’s progress, development of its culture and studying its history. 

Viewing photos and exhibits taken from Heydar Aliyev’s personal archive and related to various periods of his activity, the guests were shown various documents reflecting different moments of the national leader’s life and giving an idea of a whole period of Azerbaijan’s history, as well as presents given by world-renown political figures, books devoted to the national leader, sayings by influential figures of science, culture and art about the architect of a modern Azerbaijan. They also viewed photos taken during meetings of Heydar Aliyev with leaders of foreign countries, as well as the mock-up of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan main export pipeline named after Heydar Aliyev.
