Participants of the 2nd Conference of Labour Ministers of the Islamic Cooperation Organization Member Countries visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation
Participants of the 2nd Conference of Labour Ministers of the Islamic Cooperation Organization Member Countries to be held in Baku with organizational support from the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, April 24.
During the visit coincided with the 90th jubilee of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the guests were informed of the Foundation’s activity and told that the Foundation studies and promotes the rich legacy of the national leader and, by implementing various social, economic and cultural projects, it provides support to Azerbaijan’s progress and promotion of its culture and history.
The guests viewed the pictures and exhibits taken from Heydar Aliyev’s personal archive and covering individual periods of his activity, reflecting the most different moments of his life and giving a broad idea of a whole period of our history. They acquainted themselves with materials related to the childhood and youth years of the eminent political figure, his wide-scale activity as one of the former USSR leaders in Moscow, and the mock-up of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Main Export Pipeline.
