Employees of the Ministry of Finance visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

In connection with the 90^th jubilee of national leader Heydar Aliyev, employees of the Ministry of Finance visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, April 24.

The visitors were informed of the Foundation’s activity and told that the Foundation studies and promotes the rich legacy of the national leader and, by implementing various social, economic and cultural projects, it provides support to Azerbaijan’s progress and promotion of its culture and history.

Employees of the Ministry of Finance were shown pictures and exhibits taken from Heydar Aliyev’s personal archive and covering individual periods of his activity, reflecting the most different moments of his life and giving a broad idea of a whole period of our history. They viewed materials related to the childhood and youth years  of the eminent political figure, his wide-scale activity as one of the former USSR leaders in Moscow, and the mock-up of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Main Export Pipeline.

Then the visitors watched a documentary called “Moments of a Great Life” talking of Heydar Aliyev’s glorious course of life.
