Students of the Moscow State University visit the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Students of the Moscow State University (MSU) visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, May 3.

The visitors were informed of the objectives and activity of the Foundation established in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

It was noted that the Foundation studies and promotes the rich legacy of the national leader and, by implementing various social, economic and cultural projects, provides support to Azerbaijan’s progress and promotion of its culture and history. 

The visitors viewed pictures and exhibits taken from Heydar Aliyev’s personal archive and covering individual periods of his activity. They were informed that the period while the national leader was in power is one of the glorious pages of Azerbaijan’s history. The social and economic development recognized today by the international union as matchless success of our country, achievements reached are the fruits of the national leaders’ activity.

Students of MSU acquainted themselves with documents reflecting the most different moments of Heydar Aliyev’s life and giving a broad idea of a whole period of our history, souvenirs presented by well-known political figures of the world, books devoted to the national leader, opinions of the world’s influential scientific, cultural and art figures of  the builder of independent state of Azerbaijan,  and saw photos made during meetings with leaders of foreign states.

Then the guests watched a documentary called “Moments of a Great Life” talking of Heydar Aliyev’s glorious course of life.
