Members of DAIR Hotels and Restaurants Association visit the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Members of DAIR Hotels and Restaurants Association visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, May 7.

Visiting the Foundation in connection with the 90^th jubilee of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the guests were informed of its activity. They were  told that the Foundation studies and promotes the rich legacy of the national leader and, by implementing various social, economic and cultural projects, provides support to Azerbaijan’s progress and promotion of its culture and history. 

Members of the association viewed pictures and exhibits taken from Heydar Aliyev’s personal archive and covering individual periods of his activity, reflecting the most different moments of his life and giving a broad idea of a whole period of our history. They were shown also materials related to the childhood and youth years  of the eminent political figure, his wide-scale activity as one of the former USSR leaders in Moscow, and the mock-up of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Main Export Pipeline.

At the end, the guests watched a documentary called “Moments of a Great Life” talking of Heydar Aliyev’s glorious course of life.
