Culture Minister of the Kingdom of Morocco Ben Salem Himmish visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Culture Minister of the Kingdom of Morocco Ben Salem Himmish visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, November 12.

He was informed on the objectives and activities of the Foundation.

Ben Salem Himmish was told the main goal of the Foundation, established in the memory of the Azerbaijani people`s national leader, is to study and popularize prominent political figure Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, give an idea to the future generations and foreign visitors about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan`s socioeconomic, cultural progress, and assist projects promoting the country`s history and culture.

The Minister saw exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader, photographs reflecting various moments of his life.

He was informed of the national leader’s leadership, which has gone down in the history of Azerbaijan as one of the most glorious pages, as well socioeconomic development, huge achievements of the country recognized by the international community.

The distinguished guest saw documents reflecting Heydar Aliyev’s life and providing a comprehensive idea of an entire era of Azerbaijan’s history, gifts by world-known political figures, books written on him, visions said by figures of science, culture and art on the founder of the state of Azerbaijan, also photographs with leaders of other countries.

The Moroccan Minister saw exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader and reflecting his childhood, youth, university years and career, pictures covering the very various moments of his life and giving a comprehensive idea of the whole history of Azerbaijan, photos taken with figures of science, culture and art, leaders of different countries and prototype of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline named after the national leader, which has a great impact on the geopolitical situation in the region and Europe.

Ben Salem Himmish signed the Foundation`s guest book.
