Minister of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina Lino Barañao visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Minister of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina Lino Barañao visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, November 4.

Informed on the goals and activities of the Foundation established in the memory of the Azerbaijani people`s national leader Heydar Aliyev, the Minister was told the main purpose of the Foundation is to study and popularize the great leader’s rich heritage, support Azerbaijan’s progress, development of its culture and study of history via socioeconomic and humanitarian projects.

The visitor got familiarized with exhibits and photographs taken from the great leader’s archive and reflecting the very different moments of his activity.

He was informed of the national leader’s ruling, which has gone down in the history of Azerbaijan as one of the most glorious pages, as well socioeconomic development, huge achievements of the country recognized by the international community.

Lino Barañao saw documents reflecting Heydar Aliyev’s life and providing a comprehensive idea of an entire era of Azerbaijan’s history, gifts presented by world-known political figures, books written on the eminent statesman, views said by outstanding figures of science, culture and art on the founder of the state of Azerbaijan, his pictures taken in meetings with leaders of foreign countries. The Argentine guests were particularly interested in the model of BTC oil pipeline route named after Heydar Aliyev, the fruit of the national leader’s intellect, which has a huge impact on the geopolitical situation in the region and Europe.
