Concert ‘Goodwill angels of Azerbaijan’ presented at UNESCO Office in Paris due to support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Concert ‘Goodwill angels of Azerbaijan’ by young talents of Azerbaijan was presented on May 20 at UNESCO Office in Paris in frame of the annual sitting of goodwill ambassadors due to support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Director General of UNESCO Koichiro Matsuura and Goodwill Ambassador of the organization Mehriban Aliyeva were present in the concert.

Prior to the concert, exhibition of works of art by Azerbaijani children was opened at the UNESCO Head Office. The exhibition displayed works by children aged 5-15 on different themes. Art of Phoenix was the symbol of the event.

Beside the exhibition, Azerbaijani cuisine was demonstrated in frame of the concert. Visitors were familiarized with the Azerbaijani cuisine, which is one of the most ancient, rich and delicious in the world. Consisted of about 2000 kinds of meal and technology of their making the Azerbaijani cuisine is at the same time an important part of the tangible culture.
