It was noted many tragedies were committed in the history of mankind, events disgracing human dignity happened. For its horrors Khojaly genocide does not differ at all from such massacres. It is already 15 years that sovereign and peaceloving state of Azerbaijan has been calling the world community, prestigious international organizations to hear the right voice of Azerbaijan, punish aggressors. But unfortunately, indifference to troubles of Azeri people is continued. Therefore, aggression to Azerbaijan, genocide must be given political assessment.
