A ceremony in connection with closure of the Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Italy

A ceremony was organized, on April 21, 2012, at the “Auditorium Della Musika” of Rome, following the initiatives of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and with support from our country’s Embassy in Italy and the Mayor’s Office of Rome, in connection with the closure of the Days of Azerbaijani Culture.

The ceremony was attended by First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, Vice-president of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Mayor of Rome Gianni Alemanno.

A grandiose concert program by Azerbaijani Masters of art was presented at the event.

It should be noted that the Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Italy started on April 16 at grandiose Cariniano Theatre of the city of Turin. Then the event continued in the cities of Milan and Venice, and finalized in Rome.
