Secondary School No.2 of Banka settlement in Neftchala district

Secondary School No.2 of Banka settlement located in Neftchala district has been constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The old school building was constructed in 1960. Due to the building’s becoming useless during the past period, a new school for 420 pupils was constructed for this educational institution.

Comprised of five buildings, the school was provided with necessary furniture and equipment, and subject rooms and laboratories were equipped with visual means.

The school has 18 classrooms, laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology, rooms for informatics, military training, first aid and labour training, a library, a canteen, assembly and sports halls, as well as an open-air sports ground.

The area around the school was improved, and greenery planting works were carried out.
