Baghbanly settlement Secondary school named after Rovshan Mutallimov in Guba

The new building of the Baghbanly settlement Secondary school named after Rovshan Mutallimov was constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Construction work started in January 2023, commissioning the new school building meant for 360 people in September.
